In line with our strategic growth, we are seeking a Senior Testing and Commissioning Engineer to contribute to a variety of metro, tramway, and tram-train initiatives, both domestically and internationally.
The key responsibilities include:
- Formulating comprehensive test plans, timelines, and integration testing protocols.
- Reviewing and validating test documentation provided by stakeholders.
- Engaging in stakeholder testing activities as required.
- Overseeing and coordinating on-site integration testing.
- Creating and tracking action plans to resolve system issues and achieve contractual goals.
- Establishing testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Ensuring the technical performance of the system aligns with contractual obligations.
- Supervising personnel involved in testing operations.
- Providing necessary test documentation to safety engineers for approval.
- Monitoring site operations to ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Assessing the overall project timeline to meet service delivery dates.
As a specialist in testing, you will assist project technical directors and Market Managers in various testing endeavors.
Your role may involve international projects, occasionally necessitating work during nights, weekends, or holidays.
A degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, etc.) or an equivalent qualification is required, along with 5-10 years of experience in the railway industry focusing on testing and commissioning.
Attention to detail, a methodical approach, and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in English is necessary for international assignments.
