Become a Key Player at AXA IM as a Cybersecurity Operations Leader
In alignment with AXA IM's dedication to advancing human progress, we are on the lookout for a committed professional to join our Cybersecurity Operations team. Reporting directly to the Head of Cybersecurity Operations, you will be instrumental in safeguarding the security and integrity of our technological framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer expert cybersecurity guidance and assistance for various technology initiatives
- Embed security principles within project management methodologies
- Develop and deploy innovative cybersecurity solutions
- Oversee the lifecycle management and retirement of security systems
- Perform risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities
- Ensure adherence to security policies and regulatory requirements
- Foster innovation within the team to improve security protocols
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of information security
- Preferred certifications in Information Security or Technology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proven capability to operate effectively within a matrix organization
