About the Role
The Cybersecurity & Operational Resilience practice at Wavestone is a multidisciplinary team of over 700 professionals worldwide, combining functional, sectoral, and technical expertise to deliver more than 1,000 missions across 20 countries.
Our goal is to position Wavestone as a trusted partner for clients in their most ambitious technological and organizational transformations. We work with large French and international clients across various sectors, including banking, energy, transportation, luxury, services, and public sectors.
As a Senior Cyber Transformation & Compliance Expert, you will be part of the Business Team Cyber Transformation & Compliance (CTC), which specializes in accompanying clients in the transformation and management of the cybersecurity field, focusing on the following areas:
- Strategy and Operational Excellence: roadmap cybersecurity, HR transformation of the cybersecurity field, program management, budget management, target operation model, etc.
- Digital Compliance: construction of a cybersecurity framework (NIST/ISO), compliance with NIS/LPM, data protection, etc.
- Risk Management: risk analysis, integration of security into projects, security policies, cybersecurity dashboards, awareness, third-party security, security in mergers and acquisitions, etc.
- Resilience: crisis management, program management, compliance with DORA, etc.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of successful experience in complex cybersecurity transformation projects with clients, ideally in the consulting industry.
- Participation in various commercial development activities, including opportunity detection, proposal design and management, client presentations, and staffing identification.
- Experience in managing or directing large teams and contributing to the skills development of less experienced colleagues.
- A strong analytical and critical thinking ability, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of service and excellence.
- A bachelor's degree (BAC+5) from a reputable engineering, business, or university, with fluent English language skills.
- A deep understanding of one or more of the topics mentioned in the job description.
