About the Role
We're seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel Apprentice to join our dynamic and experienced legal team. As a member of our Commercial Legal Team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business and driving our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with contract management-related tasks and other critical legal processes.
- Draft and negotiate contracts across a broad range of areas, including marketing, sales, procurement, IP licensing, and general commercial engagements.
- Support key projects and assist with the launch of new products and services.
- Perform legal research tasks.
- Assist with disputes and contentious matters.
Requirements
- You're currently pursuing a work-study Master 2 in business law or new technologies/multimedia law.
- You have previous meaningful internship experience in commercial law.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication, drafting, and presentation skills in English.
- You're pragmatic, flexible, and can manage ambiguity.
- You're proactive, self-motivated, resilient, and able to prioritize matters.
- You can create and maintain solid, trusting working relationships.
- You're detail-oriented and can analyze and simplify complex issues.
- You have some knowledge of blockchain technology and Web3 or are keen on learning about the space.
