Your Missions
Under the responsibility of the Plant Manager, your missions will be the following:
- Develop, execute, and control internal financial procedures, including expense authorizations, to ensure they respect the procedures and policies of the Group.
- Ensure that site activities respect the financial procedures associated with Faurecia (product flows, inventory, routing, etc.) as well as the basic elements of internal control.
- Participate in all financial forecasting processes (budget, forecast, and monthly closures).
- Manage the reporting process to ensure reliability, consistency, transparency, and respect for deadlines.
- Update information in our ERP (SAP).
- Contribute to the analysis of internal control, including the analysis of deviations compared to standard costs, margins by program, factory budget control, credit management, sales and purchase price tracking, etc.
- Collaborate with the Shared Service Center to obtain, provide, or validate accurate financial information.
- Control and manage operational cash flows from the factory (investment expenses, stocks, arrears).
Your Profile
- Business school or engineering degree with a degree in finance or Master's in Finance.
- Significant experience in financial control (min 5 years) within an industrial environment.
- Master of computer systems (SAP) and industrial information flows.
- Good knowledge of accounting.
- Sense of the company and good teamwork capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fluent English.
