Job Title: Deputy Plant Controller
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Plant Controller to join our team at Faurecia Seating. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for controlling and optimizing the financial performance of our plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide reliable financial and controlling information to support business decisions
- Develop, execute, and control internal finance procedures, including spending authorization
- Ensure site activities are compliant with Faurecia finance-related procedures and internal control basics
- Participate in financial forecasting processes and provide data for budget and periodic forecast
- Collect and manage data consolidation and reporting, ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency, and delay compliance
- Master data control and ensure accuracy of data in ERP System
- Ensure reliability of standard costing
- Contribute to controlling analysis, including variance analysis, standard costs, margin/programs, and plant budgetary control
- Participate in closing process and ensure ownership within your perimeter
- Collaborate with Shared Service Center to obtain and provide proper finance information
- Monitor the plant's operating cash flow, including capex, inventories, and overdues
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Finance
- First experience in controlling, preferably within an industrial setting
- Solid accounting knowledge
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Fluent in English
