Position Overview:

The role involves assisting in the formulation of the training strategy by gathering pre-training requirements and pinpointing essential courses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate training sessions by coordinating with both internal and external training providers, including managing employee schedules and sending out invitations.
  • Oversee logistical aspects of training sessions such as rescheduling, cancellations, attendance monitoring, and managing waitlists.
  • Maintain training data entry and reporting through Excel, ensuring employee records are updated accordingly.
  • Handle invoicing and oversee the tracking of training payments to the training organization.
  • Manage files related to internships, CPF, and CPF Transition.
Candidate Profile:
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a positive demeanor.
  • Proven attention to detail and efficiency in task execution.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team while also being self-sufficient when necessary.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Initiative in enhancing processes and improving service quality.

Contract Type: Alternance
Duration: 12 to 24 months, full-time
Compensation: Based on age and educational background
