As a Relationship Manager at Euronext, you will be responsible for managing pre-sales and post-sales interactions with clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support. You will work closely with internal teams to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

\u2022 Overseeing client relationships and escalating issues to relevant teams
\u2022 Proactively engaging with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
\u2022 Informing internal teams of significant client developments
\u2022 Recommending and driving improvements to service levels and client communication strategies
\u2022 Identifying upsell opportunities and supporting sales efforts

Requirements:

\u2022 Experience in product management, business development, or sales support
\u2022 Demonstrable exposure to developing new products and knowledge of the product development lifecycle
\u2022 Strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness, with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
\u2022 Excellent written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail and a strategic view
\u2022 Rigorous project management skills, with ability to leverage internal and external relationships
\u2022 Collaborative, open, and pragmatic approach to work, with a customer-oriented and numbers-driven mindset
\u2022 International business experience, with a track record of developing products in multiple geographic locations
