Job OverviewYour exceptional interpersonal abilities will enable you to embody the objectives of our client, a renowned cultural institution, through your service. As a versatile reception professional, you must demonstrate a high level of adaptability to operate across various locations for our esteemed client. You will step in for our regular hosts and hostesses as necessary, while ensuring exemplary service delivery. Your multitasking skills will encompass welcoming guests, directing visitor flows, managing outdoor interactions, responding to inquiries, and validating entry tickets.
This is a full-time, permanent role with immediate availability. Additional hours beyond the standard 35 hours per week will be compensated in accordance with legal standards. Your working hours will be from 8:45 AM to 7 PM, with two days off each week, including weekend shifts.
Candidate ProfileWe are in search of a candidate who possesses the following qualifications: substantial experience in reception, prior management experience is advantageous, flexibility and willingness to travel frequently, fluency in English (both spoken and written), and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
