We are looking for an Office Support Specialist to become a part of our French Finance division, responsible for managing financial records, bookkeeping, and various administrative tasks. This position reports directly to the Financial Controller and requires flexibility due to an impending ERP system upgrade. Duties encompass processing supplier invoices, handling invoice matching inquiries, reconciling supplier statements, and aiding in month-end closing activities.
