Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Technician to join our team at On Line Support, Inc. As a key member of our technical support team, you will provide exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring their technology needs are met with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance over the phone or in person for a wide range of hardware, software, and customer-specific applications.
  • Setup, security, and support for Microsoft 365 environments, including email, Azure, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
  • Install and support cybersecurity tools, such as MFA, endpoint detection & response, end-user training, security policies, password managers, and Microsoft 365 hardening.
  • Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues, including wireless and VPN connectivity.
  • Perform software upgrades and installations, and install and troubleshoot peripheral devices.
  • Repair and recover corrupted or non-booting Windows installations, and provide on-premise and cloud telephone systems support.
  • Communicate with clients as required, keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages, and making recommendations to improve their networks, security, and productivity through technology.
  • Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions, and experience with Anti-Virus and End Point Protection software.
  • Enter all work as service tickets into ConnectWise, and accurately document systems, processes, and ticket details.
  • Maintain familiarity with industry best practices and stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working in a Managed Service Provider or similar company.
  • Superior knowledge in Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Server, Desktop, and Office applications, and SQL management.
  • Certifications like Network+, CCNA, SC-400 Microsoft Information Protection Administrator, MS-100 Microsoft 365 Identity and Services, or MS-101 Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and a great attitude.
