Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Team Leader to oversee our customer service operations. In this pivotal role, you will manage a team of customer service professionals responsible for order processing, addressing customer complaints, and responding to inquiries, all while aligning with the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize service delivery by enhancing order processing and communication activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective execution of commercial initiatives.
- Relay customer insights and issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
- Recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency across various teams.
- Engage in decision-making processes, resource allocation, and validation in accordance with established procedures and customer requirements.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies regarding Health & Safety and Environmental standards.
