Job Description

We are seeking a Talent & Organization Development Intern to join our Headquarters in Nanterre. As a member of our HR team, you will contribute to the preparation and follow-up of People Reviews and other talent committees. You will also support the management of different HR activities, including the VIE talent pool, Graduates, and individual development activities for potentials.

Your Missions:

  • Contribute to the preparation and follow-up of People Reviews and other talent committees.
  • Support on the management of different HR activities for Purchasing and Finance.
  • Prepare and coordinate different learning activities, such as learning needs analysis and plan, registrations, tracking and follow-up.

Requirements:

  • A great curiosity and motivation to learn.
