We are expanding our Sales Representatives team to support our mission of transforming the healthcare system and improving people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Detailing and Customer Engagement: Responsible for product detailing and discussions with customers to keep them up-to-date with the latest scientific and practical information regarding our biosimilar portfolio.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Continuous Medical Education: Conduct continuous medical education and activities as defined in cycle meetings.
  • Stock Management and Reporting: Monitor stock levels at client level, communicate optimal stock management to relevant stakeholders, and maintain a proactive approach in sharing information within the company. Timely reporting of daily work through sales force reporting systems.
  • Quality and Compliance: Follow and apply the standard Biocon PV approach within 24 hours if aware of adverse events, side effects, or incidents related to Biocon products. Report any product quality issues to the relevant QA department.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in French and English.
  • Education: Bachelors in Pharmacy or graduation in any Science stream, Masters in Pharmacy or post-graduation in Science stream.
