Job Description

Caudalie is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Education Manager to join their team in North Ireland. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your area, working closely with pharmacies, hotel spas, and department stores.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a retail professional to grow their commercial skills and become an expert in the sell-in part of an account manager job. You will be responsible for:

  • Commercial follow-up: ensuring regular visits to points of sale to present new products, promotions, and take restocking orders.
  • Training: educating beauty advisors on Caudalie products and knowledge to enhance sales.
  • Action plans: developing tailored marketing strategies to boost sales and increase brand visibility.
  • Sell-out events: creating engaging experiences to drive long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A retail background, preferably in beauty or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
  • A strong entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow with a fast-paced company.

What We Offer

Caudalie offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately €45,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Location

This role is based in North Dublin/Kildare area, with easy access to major transportation routes.
