Position: Financial Control Specialist
- Oversee all financial and accounting operations within the organization and its subsidiaries.
- Facilitate the implementation of monthly financial reporting in collaboration with the Accounting Division.
- Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints across the Group's various entities.
- Evaluate financial implications of potential acquisitions for the organization.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies for real estate initiatives.
- Manage the Group's liquidity, generate financial forecasts, and enhance cash flow management processes.
- Supervise financial closing procedures and consolidation activities.
- Assist in establishing performance objectives for team members and financial institutions.
Candidate Profile:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, accompanied by at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems is essential.
Attributes such as commitment, independence, adaptability, inquisitiveness, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are required.
