Export Control Specialist

Join Airbus Defence and Space SAS as an Export Control Officer and contribute to the success of our company by ensuring compliance with export control regulations.
About the Role:This role is responsible for tracking the evolution of export control national and international laws and regulations, including ITAR and EAR. You will provide permanent advice and support to the business, deliver training to concerned functions, and ensure permanent intelligence on end-use countries or customers.
You will also continuously improve the performance of the export control function, support and coordinate actions of the supply chain, and implement Airbus Directives and Methods. Additionally, you will define, update, and enforce end-to-end export control processes, prepare export control documentation, and monitor and update lists of products subject to export restriction.
Key Responsibilities:- Track and analyze export control regulations and laws
- Provide advice and support to the business on export control matters
- Deliver training to concerned functions on export control procedures
- Ensure permanent intelligence on end-use countries or customers
- Continuously improve the performance of the export control function
- Support and coordinate actions of the supply chain
- Implement Airbus Directives and Methods
- Define, update, and enforce end-to-end export control processes
- Prepare export control documentation
- Monitor and update lists of products subject to export restriction
- Experience in export control or a related field
- Knowledge of relevant IT tools, MS-Office, and Google Workspace
- Pro-active, well-structured, and team-oriented working approach
- Fluency in French and English
- Legal or engineering background
