Description: B&B Hotel Cergy Port, a prestigious 4-star establishment featuring 191 rooms, 11 conference spaces, a bar, and a dining area, is in search of a Technical Operations Manager. This role is pivotal in maintaining the hotel's infrastructure and ensuring guest satisfaction through effective preventive maintenance strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with the management team to drive the hotel's operational success
- Foster a positive workplace atmosphere and enhance team spirit
- Supervise all maintenance operations to create a safe and efficient work environment
- Collaborate with various departments and actively engage in strategic meetings
- Maintain positive interactions with team members to guarantee exceptional service
- Contribute to hotel initiatives, including renovations and catering services
Daily Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance operations such as electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and equipment upkeep
- Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance on technical systems
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and hygiene standards
- Provide training and guidance to the team on safety measures
- Manage vendor relationships and subcontractor engagements
- Optimize energy usage and advise management on specialized technical interventions
Contract: 39 hours per week

Candidate Profile:
