Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Team- und Projektassistenten (m/w/d) in Teilzeit für unser globales Coverage und Investment Banking Team in Frankfurt.
Aufgaben- Buchung von Geschäftsreisen im In- und Ausland
- Aufbereitung der Reisekostenabrechnungen und Pflege von Terminkalendern
- Koordinierung und operative Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kunden- und Projektterminen (intern und extern)
- Informationsrecherche und Pflege von internen Informationssystemen
- Erstellung von Reportings, Pipelines sowie weiteren unterstützenden Tätigkeiten
- Administrative Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft (z.B. Bearbeitung von Präsentationen oder Reports)
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Finanzbranche wünschenswert (Bank, Big Four oder Kanzlei) oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Vertrauenswürdige und verantwortungsvolle Persönlichkeit
- Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Sozialkompetenz, starke Prozess- und Serviceorientierung
- Sehr stark ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
- Exzellenter Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint und Outlook)
- Vernetztes Denken und lösungsorientiertes Handeln
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
