Position: Account Manager/Chargé de Comptes – Infrastructures et Utilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and enhance enduring client partnerships.
  • Assess client requirements and align them with appropriate experts.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize agreements.
  • Attract and integrate new high-caliber experts to broaden our skill network.
  • Implement sales methodologies and uphold quality benchmarks.
  • Oversee CRM and expert management systems.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Genuine interest in the industrial sector and technical topics.
  • Commercial acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
  • Results-driven with the capacity to juggle multiple projects.
  • Team-oriented mindset within a professional environment.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Key attributes include active listening, eagerness to learn, empathy, diligence, perseverance, initiative, and responsiveness.

Educational Background and Experience:

  • Degree in Engineering or a Master’s in a technical/scientific discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical services sales for major accounts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Experience in a staffing agency is advantageous.
