Lead a Team of Cloud Experts at Oracle

Oracle is seeking a seasoned leader to manage a team of Account Cloud Engineers and Cloud Architects. As a Cloud Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for positioning Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) IaaS and PaaS services to French companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Cloud Engineers and Architects in designing, demonstrating, and deploying Oracle Cloud architectures that address customer business problems.
  • Work closely with Cloud Technology Sales Management in France to set the direction for the Sales and Presales teams.
  • Establish business objectives, metrics, and plans to ensure attainment.
  • Provide leadership on technical cloud solutions and customer success, identifying gaps and enhancements to influence engineering roadmaps for customer-driven features.
Requirements:
  • Engaged, understanding, and inspiring leader who can build trust with key stakeholders.
  • Passionate about the latest cloud technologies and able to identify needs and communicate solutions effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to delegate activities and involve the right teams/skills sets.
  • Enjoy leading by example and coaching team members.
  • Embrace continuous learning and see the benefit of helping others succeed.
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in technology and commercial business understanding.
