Key Responsibilities:
Assist in shaping and executing the event strategy for the federation.
Conceptualize events that align with the established strategy to fulfill internal client requirements and achieve targeted objectives.
Oversee the organization of events and coordinate the necessary implementation steps:
- Develop and monitor the action plan and budget essential for the event.
- Coordinate and manage both external and internal teams and stakeholders (agencies, venue providers, hospitality services, catering, technical teams, support staff, etc.).
- Serve as a liaison between suppliers and internal contacts.
- Handle logistics: vendor coordination, technical specifications, delivery timelines, and project progress tracking.
- Market dedicated spaces at the Congress (exhibition booths, conferences, etc.) by facilitating communication between vendors and partners/clients.
Assess and review service quality following the event.
Candidate Profile
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in internal and external communication.
- Skilled in vendor management.
- Familiar with office and digital tools (email, web platforms, event management software).
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Innovative mindset.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable role within a dynamic setting is required. Experience in an agency environment is advantageous.
