As a Senior Architect at Host Broadcast Services (HBS), you will lead the Design and Users Relations team in the design and implementation of advanced broadcast-related infrastructure. Your expertise will be leveraged to drive innovation and efficiency in facility design, CAD and BIM software, and AI tools.

Key duties include:

* Leading and mentoring a team of architects to foster a collaborative and innovative environment
* Liaising with users to identify requirements guiding the design and planning of scalable and robust broadcast architectures
* Capturing relevant requirements by maintaining supportive technical notes
* Utilizing CAD and BIM software to develop architectural plans and models
* Developing commercial propositions for external clients by applying consistent rate card models
* Exploring and implementing AI tools to enhance workflows and work efficiency
* Developing workplace designs while ensuring compliance to standard working regulations
* Ensuring workplace designs deliver excellent working and performance standards
* Resolving technical design-related details with innovative and practical solutions
* Adapting existing designs to integrate modifications inherent to the evolving needs of the project and its users
* Preparing visual material to help engage project stakeholders
* Supporting in all design-related aspects of the projects, such as decoration and signage concept
* Conducting site inspections for quality and design control
* Ensuring delivery accuracy through tight coordination of Design and Users Relation team with the teams overseas responsible for project implementation

* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align architectural solutions with business objectives
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and feedback are incorporated into effective design solutions
* Actively seeking opportunities to improve services offered by the company

Projects

The initial project portfolio comprises the following projects:

* FIFA World Cup 2026 – Canada, Mexico and USA
* FIFA Women's World Cup 2027 – Brazil
* UEFA EURO 2028 – UK and Ireland

Position Relevant Skills

* Proven experience as a Senior Architect or in a similar role, ideally related to broadcast operations at international sports events
* Extensive knowledge of CAD and BIM software
* Familiarity with AI tools and their applications in architectural design
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong user relationships
* A passion for exploring innovative solutions and technologies
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Creativity, accuracy, and diligence
* Autonomous and proactive
* Team player and positive attitude

Skills

* Loves working with people from different nationalities, languages, and cultural backgrounds
* AutoCAD and Office applications, as well as knowledge of Revit
* English proficiency – verbal and writing – other languages are a plus

Education & Experience

* Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or similar
* Five to ten years of experience in workplace design, detailing of interior fittings and/or architectural design
* Demonstrated ability to lead multicultural teams
