Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Manager II (M/F) to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10 to 12 engineers, technicians, and/or designers, and ensuring the launch of new and modified products while respecting MSA development procedures, safety, quality, deadlines, and costs objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage a multi-functional technical team of 10 to 12 members and develop the skills of each of its members, while coaching for performance.
- Develop plans and resources according to given priorities to meet the challenges linked to the launches of new and modified products.
- Ensure close and effective collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Manage a team made up of 10 to 12 engineers, technicians, and/or designers.
- Develop the skills of each of its members, while coaching for performance.
Requirements
- Excellent managerial and organizational skills, and an ability to coach and develop others.
- Being autonomous, rigorous, curious, and motivated by technical challenges.
- With an engineering degree or equivalent Bac +5, ideally specialized in mechanics or materials.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in a design office/technical service, including at least 5 years in team management.
- Experience in numerical simulation and DFSS is a real asset.
- Fluent English and French required.
