We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team in the Regulatory Compliance section of our engineering division. As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will contribute to the engineering and design of projects carried out by TEN France for the various LBs of the group, decarbonized solutions, LNG, or biofuels.
Your Responsibilities:
- Establish, maintain, and implement project procedures related to regulatory compliance.
- Ensure suitable reporting to project management and clients.
- Review national regulations identified as applicable by the legal consultant and inform the project of regulations that have an impact in each project phase, support to clarify when necessary.
- Ensure that documentation of regulatory compliance is robust and available.
- Establish and maintain a permitting register.
- Establish and implement a CE marking strategy, coordination, and support to the project for the applicable European Directives; PED, ATEX, Machinery Directive, EMC, LV, etc. Adapt the workflow and cascade the requirement to Vendors and Subcontract. Establish and execute contract with Notified Body.
- For Classification, Flag, and Verification, establish and execute contract with third party(ies). Ensure that all exchanges with third party are performed in a timely manner and are of the right quality. Ensure the requirements are cascaded to Vendors/Subcontract if required and final certification is received on time.
- Support Project in Performance Standard coordination.
Your Qualifications:

You possess good communication and coordination skills, analytical and organizational mindset, and effectiveness in building and implementing new processes and procedures.
