Job Summary:
Nexans is seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead our Business Unit in Morocco. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for representing the company's interests and establishing relationships with local authorities and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting and compliance with internal regulations
- Customs and tax management
- Financial management and accounting
- Local treasury management and cost control
- Application of internal regulations and policies
- Employee training and awareness on ethics and regulations
- Litigation management and local regulations
- HR management, including payroll
- Employee relations and social management
- Recruitment and employee departures
- Employee training and compliance with company policies
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in finance, management, and administration. You should have a strong understanding of local regulations and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Language:
The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and English, with a good understanding of Arabic.
Leadership and Teamwork:
You will be a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
