Product Launch Expertise
Nilfisk Group is seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team in France. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the French Marketing team, coordinating and executing product marketing strategies with a focus on successful new product launches.
This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, working closely with regional and global product management and marketing teams. You will be responsible for asset development, campaign creation and execution, internal launching, channel communications, and overall collaboration to strengthen our brand and boost sales.
Main Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and execute product marketing strategies, with a specific focus on successful new product launches.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including commercial/global product management, global/regional product marketing, local sales, and field marketing.
• Localize and validate translations of product marketing assets received from Global Marketing.
• Support the creation of compelling product messaging and positioning tailored to new product launches, ensuring it resonates with our target audience.
• Create and activate marketing campaigns focused on new product launches, including email marketing, online advertising, and social media to target end-users and dealers.
• Work closely with commercial product management and local commercial teams to support training and sales tools.
• Localize and maintain product collateral, including product datasheets, presentations, training, and sales enablement materials specific to products.
• Monitor and report on the performance of new product marketing initiatives, tracking key metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure successful launches.
• Support tradeshows with product marketing knowledge and recommendations.
• Support the updating of current product assets across all product lines – floorcare, vacuums, and HPW.
• Coordinate marketing efforts for promotions of products that lag in unit volume or promotional support, including PAC.
Desired Competences:
· Degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, business, or a related field.
· 3+ years of work experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, or a related role.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Fluent in English; verbal and written.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
· Commercially minded and driven.
· Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Your New Team:
You will belong to the Field Marketing Team in France, reporting to Field Marketing Manager, France located in Courtaboeuf, Paris. Furthermore, you will be part of the EMEA Marketing Team, we are a team who collaborate predominately through digital tools located across the region. We are dedicated, we help each other, we are driven by supporting the sales organization to do an even better job tomorrow than today and we have fun while doing it.
You will develop a tight cooperation locally specifically with commercial product management, sales, and service and ensure together with the Field Marketing Manager you will deliver impactful product launches and campaigns for France.
Furthermore, you will work in tight collaboration with your peers in the global and regional product marketing and product management teams to ensure launch concepts and strategies address local market needs.
