We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Core Manufacturing Digital Expert to join our team at Nexans. As a key member of our Industrial Digital Transformation Center of Excellence, you will play a crucial role in driving the digital transformation of our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement innovative IT solutions to support manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Lead and manage IT projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, IS, OT, and business stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Develop and maintain IT/IS/OT standards and solutions, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and company policies.
- Guarantee the performance of daily incident management and small evolution requests, ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing operations.
- Support the functional design acceptance and go-live stabilization support on plants within the defined perimeter.
- Ensure the fluent communication between IT/IS and the program stakeholders, including production departments and IT project teams.
- Industrial engineer with software developing skills and experience in project management & deployment of software applications.
- Recognized expertise on MES tool management, ideally Aveva one.
- Experience in an international, multicultural and multi-site environment.
- Experience and Knowledge of relevant business processes (production, supply chain, logistic,...) and implementation in relevant software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, with ability to address complex technical issues.
- Curiosity and innovation.
- Autonomy and initiative.
- Ability to popularize technical concepts.
- Communication & story telling skills.
- Willingness to travel between Nexans plants.
- Fluent in English, French is an added value.
