Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Risk Analyst to join our team at Hedonova LLC. As a key member of our risk management department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective risk management frameworks and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework, including policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Monitor and report on risk exposure, capital requirements, and consumption.
  • Test and validate the internal control system for financial risk activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and developments, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide risk analytics and insights to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Collaborate with the Group Treasury and Market Risk Committees to ensure effective risk management.
Requirements
  • University degree in Finance, Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in risk management and regulatory affairs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Fluency in French and English, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Residency in Switzerland.
