We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Application Manager to join our Digital HR team at VINCI Construction Services Partagés. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple critical missions, including:
- Providing level 2 support between business stakeholders and the IT department for Oracle HCM modules, specifically annual interviews (EIP) and people reviews.
- Contributing to the preparation and follow-up of campaigns (reporting).
- Treating incident tickets, service requests, and taking charge of domain evolutions.
- Animating the community of business stakeholders in our delegations and countries.
- Ensuring smooth communication with the IT department and the HR business partner.
We are looking for a candidate who is able to learn quickly, has an analytical mind, and pays great attention to details. If you are ready to invest fully in this role and work as part of a team, then you are the person we are looking for
- Ability to accompany users.
- Knowledge of HR processes for annual interviews and people reviews.
- Opportunity to work in an international environment with Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, or New Zealand in 2025
- Knowledge of HR software. Knowing Oracle would be a plus.
- Ability to work independently and take initiatives.
- Professional English required (written and spoken).
