You will assist our clients by addressing the following challenges:
- Organizational Transformation: Analyzing organizations, developing business roadmaps, and redesigning processes, methods, and tools

Qualifications
A graduate of a prestigious engineering or business school, you ideally possess:
- A successful track record within a consulting firm
- At least 5 years of experience in digital transformation projects
- A solid understanding of the local economic landscape and the ability to leverage your network for business development
You should be mobile within the Lille region and also in the Paris region for client missions.
You are characterized by your teamwork skills, open-mindedness, analytical thinking, and a desire to join a motivating professional environment where you will share our values of innovation, excellence, kindness, entrepreneurial spirit, teamwork, and work-life balance.
Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English are essential.
