Your Role:
- Manage and support a network of optician members in Normandy, driving commercial development and implementing commercial offers and promotions.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance store performance, promote own brands, and provide advice to members.
- Support new store openings, train new members, and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor and analyze store performance, conduct necessary audits, and report to the regional director.
Requirements:
- Dynamism and mobility, ability to work autonomously and organize work efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Adaptability, initiative, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Numerically proficient and interested in the analytical aspects of the role.
- Bachelor's degree with commercial experience in network management preferred.
- Understanding of cooperative/franchise network operations a plus.
