Your Role:

  • Manage and support a network of optician members in Normandy, driving commercial development and implementing commercial offers and promotions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance store performance, promote own brands, and provide advice to members.
  • Support new store openings, train new members, and resolve operational issues.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance, conduct necessary audits, and report to the regional director.

Requirements:

  • Dynamism and mobility, ability to work autonomously and organize work efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Adaptability, initiative, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Numerically proficient and interested in the analytical aspects of the role.
  • Bachelor's degree with commercial experience in network management preferred.
  • Understanding of cooperative/franchise network operations a plus.
