About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team at {company}. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, research, and outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication, site visits, and needs assessments
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in business development and account management
- Strong understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, needs assessment, and closing deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and meet sales targets
