We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Reserving Specialist to join our team at AXA. As a key member of our Reserving team, you will play a critical role in the realization of financial statements and the validation of data quality for provisions.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Statement Realization: Participate in the preparation and review of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Data Quality Validation: Validate data quality for provisions to ensure that they are accurate and reliable.
- Actuarial Analysis: Produce actuarial analyzes to optimize liability knowledge and inform business decisions.
- Technical Assumptions Development: Develop and track backtesting of technical assumptions to ensure that they are sound and effective.
- Presentations and Reporting: Prepare presentations for Reserving and Technical Results Committees to communicate key findings and recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Reserving team.
- Education and Experience: Graduated Actuary with 1+ year experience in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SAS/WPS, Excel, VBA, R/Python.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English.
- Personal Qualities: Organized with attention to detail, team player with client-oriented mindset.
