We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Automotive Center Manager at our company, OpenSourcing.
About the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our automotive service center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the center's operations, including the supervision of technicians and the coordination of services.
- Ensuring the quality of services provided to clients, including the maintenance and repair of vehicles.
- Managing the center's finances, including the handling of invoices and payments.
- Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of parts and services.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve the center's performance and efficiency.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:
- Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a management or supervisory capacity.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
