We are seeking a highly motivated Associate to join our team at ISN. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in helping clients map and manage their extended supply chain by connecting with suppliers, assisting suppliers with creating their Transparency-One accounts, sharing their information, and using the Transparency-One platform.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively service and support Transparency-One suppliers to ensure seamless integration and optimal use of the platform.
- Conduct training sessions on products via phone, web-based meetings, and face-to-face interactions to enhance supplier knowledge and adoption.
- Collect supplier subscription fees and renewals through targeted outreach efforts to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Analyze customer service processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement to drive business growth and excellence.
- Develop and maintain various resources and reference documents for clients to support their supply chain management needs.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
- Bilingual (verbal and written) in French and English is required.
- Previous customer service experience with a proven track record of success.
- Proficient computer skills in programs including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and e-mail applications.
- Demonstrated personal initiative, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a desire to assume increasing levels of leadership responsibility.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
