**Job Summary**

As a key member of the Taskforce team, the Payroll and Administration Manager will play a vital role in the complete management of payroll and personnel administrative affairs. This includes ensuring compliance with current regulations and providing essential support to employees on all matters relating to payroll and personnel administration.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage payroll from inception to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Communicate effectively with payroll software suppliers and social security agencies to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant collective agreements and regulations.
  • Advise and assist employees on payroll and time management, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Manage time tracking and absence incidents, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Process paid leave, sickness, and provident fund cases, meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy.
  • Administer personnel files from entry to exit, ensuring accurate creation and conformity of contracts.
  • Make necessary declarations and manage HR documentation, maintaining confidentiality and security.
  • **Social Management Control**
    • Analyze variances and produce HR indicators, providing insights for process improvement.
    • Generate reports for social audits and performance indicators, supporting data-driven decision making.
