Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Payroll and HR Administration Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis for a six-month fixed-term contract. This role will cover a maternity leave and offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization.
Responsibilities- Payroll Management:
- Process contracts (CDD, CDI, Amendments, STC)
- DUE administration
- Manage variable inputs (Sickness, Transportation, CP)
- Process advancements
- HR Administration:
- Verify the validity of foreign nationals' documents according to established protocols.
- Handle various administrative procedures (invitations, letters, etc.).
- Organize medical visits through SAP Request and the CMIE Portal.
- Monitor end dates of fixed-term contracts in collaboration with the Area Manager.
- Process sick leaves, work accidents, maternity leave, and other relevant HR matters.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Proven experience of at least two years in a similar role.
- Familiarity with SAP software is advantageous (minimum CIEL PAIE, CEGID, QUADRA software).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
