Senior Consultant in Asset Management

In light of our significant growth, we are seeking a Senior Consultant in Asset Management/Investment for a permanent position. Within the Global Markets team, you will join the segment dedicated to developing consulting offerings primarily aimed at asset managers and investment service providers on various themes, including:
- Transformation of the asset management value chain: review and optimization of recurring processes, enhancement of internal control methods and regulatory compliance, support in the implementation of new information systems (Front to Back, etc.) or transformation projects (ESG, etc.).
- Engagement at all project levels: from strategic framing to program management: PMO, Project Manager within the business lines, Business Analyst, etc.
- Key regulatory frameworks: SFDR, ELTIF, Retail Investment Strategy.
- Risk management: monitoring of risk limits or ESG considerations.
You will also have the opportunity to quickly engage in business development and mentor junior consultants.
You hold a Master’s degree (Bac +5) from a prestigious engineering school, business school, or a university specializing in finance.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in asset management, acquired within a consulting firm or an asset management company or investor services.
- Proficiency in project management and understanding of principles, techniques, and potentially tools related to financial products (fixed income, credit, equities & indices) as well as risk and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with one or more software tools (Python, SAS, R, VBA).
