We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Immigration Lawyer to join our team in France. As a Senior Immigration Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on immigration and global mobility matters to our clients.

About the Role
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on immigration and global mobility matters to clients
  • Work closely with our team to support daily business operations
  • Conduct first meetings with leads and bring new clients to the company
  • Assist clients through their immigration and global mobility journey
  • Organize and track client cases and files, and maintain information on relevant expiry dates
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party entities and coordinate appointments
  • Carry out legal and administrative tasks related to the department
  • Train junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with immigration and labour law related to global mobility processes
  • Draft legal appeals and assist in court procedures
  • Solve day-to-day queries

Requirements
  • A law degree in France and a master's degree
  • Registration in a French Bar Association
  • Previous experience with immigration, labour law, and global mobility, handling client cases autonomously
  • A collaborative, flexible, and positive attitude
  • Fluency in English and French (C1/C2), with other languages a plus
  • Excitement about digital tools, process automation, and innovation
  • A client-centric approach and a natural tendency to share knowledge with colleagues
  • A problem-solving mindset and a willingness to take on complex challenges
