Your Responsibilities:
Brand Advancement
- Develop educational pathways and ensure pedagogical advancement,
- Integrate innovative teaching methods into programs,
- Maintain consistency of brand services across various institutions,
- Ensure high standards of quality in client services,
- Advise affiliated schools to enhance their commercial success,
- Conduct audits and provide support to network schools,
- Drive product innovation based on market demands.
Cost Optimization in Education
- Standardize course schedules,
- Enhance hybrid learning opportunities,
- Revise educational frameworks,
- Offer guidance on equipment selection.
Coordination of Educational Institutions
- Organize and facilitate monthly meetings with network representatives,
- Analyze organizational structures and provide recommendations.
Your Profile:
You should possess at least a Bachelor's degree in training engineering or business management, with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in the field of pedagogy. A strong grasp of pedagogical design, familiarity with RNCP certification processes, a project-oriented approach, and substantial knowledge of the training markets in graphic design, audiovisual, and video game sectors are essential.
