As a vital member of our culinary team, you will:

  • Maintain the balance between the dishes you create and the established technical guidelines
  • Oversee all aspects of your designated section for the preparation and presentation of dishes, adhering to the culinary and aesthetic standards of our establishment
  • Contribute to evaluating supply requirements and managing inventory and orders
  • Comply with HACCP regulations and safety protocols
