Job Title: Data Architecture Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architecture Lead to join our team at AXA Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and direction for our Data Platform, ensuring the effective design and implementation of our data architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a robust data architecture framework that aligns with our business strategy and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive data governance plan, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data requirements, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
  • Lead the development and implementation of data analytics and machine learning solutions, leveraging emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our data engineering and development teams, ensuring the successful delivery of data-driven projects.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing data architectures, with a strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.
  • Expertise in cloud-based data platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and technical skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
