We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Pipeline Engineer Services to join our team at VINCI Construction France. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of pipeline engineering solutions for our oil and gas projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of pipeline engineering solutions for oil and gas projects
- Manage and coordinate the work of engineering teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports to support project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with pipeline engineering projects
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
- Master's degree in engineering or equivalent
- At least 15-20 years of experience in pipeline engineering and project management
- Strong knowledge of pipeline engineering principles, practices, and industry standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with deepwater and high-temperature high-pressure developments
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Fluency in English
