Assistant Professor in Professional Communications

The American University of Paris is seeking a highly qualified Assistant Professor in Professional Communications to join our faculty. As a key member of our Department of Communication, Media and Culture, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the field of professional communications, with a focus on branding and marketing.
Responsibilities:- Teach six courses per academic year, including undergraduate and graduate-level courses in professional communications and branding.
- Provide professional mentorship to students, helping them develop their skills and plan their careers.
- Contribute to the development of curricula and courses in professional communications and branding.
- Participate in faculty governance and contribute to the department's service and scholarship initiatives.
- Engage in research and scholarship in the field of professional communications and branding.
- A Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven teaching and mentoring experience in professional communications and branding.
- Strong research and scholarship record in the field of professional communications and branding.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and communicate effectively with students and colleagues.
