This role will play a crucial part in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent for our diverse range of training programs.

  • Define Student Profiles: Collaborate with program managers to identify the ideal candidate profiles for each training program, ensuring alignment with the ministry's strategic objectives.
  • Develop Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract a pool of highly qualified candidates. This includes leveraging various channels, networking events, and partnerships.
  • Promote Training Programs: Work closely with the communication department to develop compelling promotional campaigns for our training programs. Create engaging content such as brochures, videos, and online materials to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Manage Recruitment Campaigns: Coordinate recruitment campaigns with program managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from application screening to final selection.
  • Evaluate Candidates: Review applications, conduct interviews, and participate in recruitment juries to assess candidates' technical skills, behavioral competencies, and cultural fit.

Profile Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Engineering, Management, Education).
  • Significant experience in talent acquisition within the higher education sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
