ALIAD's RoleALIAD provides Air Liquide with a unique access to innovative ecosystems by:
- Funding startups and driving operating value creation (from early-stage to commercial scale-up) through board representation.
- Treasury and Accounting Back Office
- ~ Treasury Management (cash overviews, transfer management, pooling discussions with Head Office)
Work jointly with the analysts on (i) valuation of the prospect companies (understand and challenge the assumptions of the Business plan, value the start-ups using DCF and multiple methods) and (ii) exit scenarios (waterfall, cap table analysis)
Work jointly with the analysts on Investment Notes redaction to support Investment Directors
RequirementsCurrently enrolled in a Master in a Business School, Engineering Schools or University; with a background in corporate finance.
English mandatory
French is a plus
