At Estee Lauder, we are seeking a Regional Demand Planning Assistant to support our Demand Planning Department on Estee Lauder and Origins in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce accurate sales forecasts for one brand from our portfolio.
  • Collaborate with regional and affiliate marketing teams to maintain forecast of New Product Launches.
  • Conduct monthly KPI analysis to identify root causes of forecast variance and undertake corrective actions.
  • Manage master data to reflect life cycles of products.
  • Maintain the usage plan of promotional items in collaboration with affiliate marketing teams.
  • Support the Regional Demand Planning Lead on S&OP meetings preparation.
  • Process improvement: Deploy a NPL forecasting tool and process on the brand.

Requirements:

  • Student of engineering or business school, or 3rd cycle with supply chain specialization.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in independently and in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong Excel Skill. Familiarity with Access or SAP would be a plus.
  • Must be fully proficient in English, able to follow English-language meetings and phone calls.
