Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP Experience to join our Global Brand & Marketing Team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the transformation and evolution of our economy brands, including Ibis, Ibis Styles, Ibis Budget, and Greet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain brand visual identity, merchandising, and operational assets
  • Develop and co-own the 360-brand customer journey (offline and online) with brand marketing teams
  • Develop new products, sub-brands, signature moments, and deliver 360 solutions from concept to in-market deployments
  • Lead development of operational toolkits and frameworks in close collaboration with brand and transversal marketing teams
  • Develop and execute the vision for talent experience, service culture, and trainings
  • Map and lead on-property touchpoint optimisation and integration of ALL Loyalty Programme
  • Oversee and define digital/technology enabled experience (on-property)
  • Support development & delivery of sustainability standards and commitment
Requirements
  • Master's degree in business or marketing
  • 10+ years in international brand management & marketing
  • Strong affinity with hospitality, with background in hotel operations
  • Strategically oriented with analytical and creative mind
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work transversally
  • Ability to influence
  • Project management
