Job Description:

The UX Design Director will be responsible for leading the UX design team in crafting user experiences that enable brand marketers and retailers to deliver relevant and insightful advertising experiences for their customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the UX design team in collaborating with leaders in Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing to define the vision and strategy for key company initiatives.
  • Driving projects through the entire design process, from initial ideation and validation to design execution and feature implementation.
  • Ensuring each project deliverable aligns with client needs, adheres to technical constraints, and delivers business results.
  • Working closely with UX Research and Product Marketing teams to coordinate and implement user research initiatives.
  • Transforming abstract ideas into tangible, valuable user experiences.
  • Presenting design work to stakeholders and leaders, effectively communicating the rationale and value behind design decisions.
  • Providing detailed design artifacts and support to engineers to guide feature implementation and ensure UX consistency.
  • Contributing to product and design roadmap planning to ensure priorities are well-defined and closely aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • A fluent English speaker with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional UX design experience, with proficiency in Figma.
  • Experience leading large-scale projects and utilizing design and research methodologies to validate product-market fit.
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with executives and senior leaders, with a proactive and resourceful problem-solving approach.
